Table & Traditions ("we," "us," or "our") is operated by ChanoSys LLC, a limited liability company based in the State of Georgia, United States. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit tableandtraditions.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. We built this Site to be read without an account, and we collect as little personal information as possible.
Information we collect
Information you give us. The Site has no login or accounts. We only receive personal information when you choose to send it — for example, when you email us at hello@tableandtraditions.com. In that case we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
Information collected automatically. We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) to understand aggregate traffic — for example, which pages are popular and roughly where visitors come from. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally, set tracking cookies, or follow you across other websites. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability, in line with its own privacy terms.
Cookies and tracking
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and our analytics are cookieless. If we add features in the future that rely on cookies, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.
How we use your information
We use the limited information we collect to respond to your messages and corrections, to understand and improve the Site through aggregate analytics, and to keep the Site secure and operating properly. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run the Site and only as needed to perform their service — for example, our hosting and analytics provider (Vercel, including Vercel Web Analytics). Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was provided — for example, we keep correspondence as long as reasonably necessary to handle your request and our records. Aggregate analytics are retained in non-identifying form.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom (GDPR / UK GDPR): you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data, and to data portability. Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
If you are a California resident (CCPA / CPRA): you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request deletion or correction of your information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under California law.

Children's privacy
The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

By using the Site, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above, and significant changes will be reflected on this page.
